In 2023, we passed legislation that lifted the requirements of homeschoolers to submit their medical vaccination records to local education agencies prior to enrollment.
Financial Privacy & the Second Amendment
In 2024, we passed legislation that bars financial institutions from requiring specific merchant codes that distinguish firearm sellers from general or sporting goods retailers.
Banning Red 40 from School systems
In 2025, we passed legislation that ensures taxpayer dollars are not being utilized to purchase public school lunches that contain that harmful ingredient "red dye #40".
International State Sovereignty from Foreign Entities
In 2025, we supported legislation that ensures international organizations such as the United Nations and the World Health Organization have no jurisdiction in the state of Tennessee.
Secured Patient Visitation Rights in Hospitals
In 2024, we passed legislation that ensures that patients are granted at a minimum, daily visits with their Power of Attorney in Healthcare.
Access to Over the Counter Ivermectin
In 2022, we passed legislation that granted citizens the right to retrieve Ivermectin as over the counter medication during the COVID-19 pandemic securing access to alternative medical treatments.
Transparency in Small Government
In 2022, we supported legislation that requires local government proceedings to make all relative materials accessible to the public.
Cottage Food Law Expansion
In 2025, we secured Tennesseans with access to more local food product options - expanding the "Cottage Food Laws" to allow for locals to buy & sell perishable home-made food items at their local farm stands.
Expanded Access to Timely Medical Record Request
In 2024, we passed legislation that requires a healthcare professional to provide a patient or patient representative with full medical records of the patient within 10 days of a request.
Securing Tennessee Firearm Laws
In 2021, we passed legislation that prevents Tennessee resources (including law enforcement agents) from being used to enforce federal or international laws that violate Tennessee law with regards to firearms.
